With the app, you’ll be able to:

• Reserve 90-minute tennis, padel and pickleball courts (Members Only)

• Reserve Ball Machine (court 15) - this is an extra add-on for members at a cost of $200 annually

• See your activities/reservations

• Manage your Account, such as personal info, pay bills, see statements

• Receive Notifications/Reminders

• Register for Programs, Classes and Events

App Instructions:

1. Download Bush Tennis Center from App Store.

2. The Username and Password for the app are the same that is used to log in to your account at btc.clubautomation.com. Or Register Now if you are new to BTC.

3. If you have not logged in to your BTC account at btc.clubautomation.com, you'll need to click on "Forgot your password?". You will get an email to create your password. Your Username is the first letter of your first name along with your last name. If you get an error, your email or name might not be listed as your Username. Please call or text the Pro Shop at 432-620-8180 to let us know the issue you are having so we can correct it.

4. To Reserve a Court: click on Reservations, pick a date (you can reserve up to 7 days in advance), Search, Choose your time/court, Reserve.

5. To Reserve the Ball Machine(if you purchased the add-on): pick a date (you can reserve up to 7 days in advance), click on +Advanced Options, turn Ball Machine to “Yes”, click on Apply, Search, choose your time (ball machine will always be on Court 15), Reserve.

6. To Register for monthly Leagues/Clinics: click on Programs, click on Category, choose your Program, click on Show Programs, click on your Program, Sign Up, Confirm, and Pay (if you have a card on file. If not, you can add your card under Home, Account, Payment Methods.)

7. To Register for a one-time Class(drop-in) or Event: click on Classes, choose a date, choose your class, Sign Up, choose who will attend, Next, Confirm, Pay (if applicable).
